We are looking for an experienced Litigation Attorney with expertise in civil litigation, personal injury, or property damage claims. The ideal candidate has strong courtroom presence, negotiation skills, and knowledge of Florida law.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare legal documents and trial exhibits
- Conduct legal research and draft case summaries
- Manage client communication and schedules
- Organize and maintain case files
Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in legal studies (or Paralegal Certification)
- 2+ years of law firm experience
- Proficiency in legal research tools (Westlaw, LexisNexis)
- Strong organization and communication skills
